We are looking for a proactive and motivated Team Lead, based in Barcelona, to manage an inside sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring the team’s productivity, optimizing processes, and achieving business objectives.

🖥️ What will be your role?

• Lead and coordinate the inside sales team monitoring and reporting sales activities.
• Optimize sales team agendas to maximize efficiency and conversion rates, providing support and training on databases, social media and CRM.
• Handle key client calls and operational tasks when necessary.
• Review and validate weekly reports on planned client meetings and sales pipeline.
• Provide administrative and phone support to the field sales team when required.
• Identify improvement areas and implement strategies to boost performance.

📌 Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales and team leadership, ideally in digital product sales within the health/pharma sector.
• Experience in outbound sales calls and client interactions.
• Ideally strong proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Dynamics 365).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English.
