At iWantGreatCare, part of the Top Doctors Group, we’re looking for a Client Operations Support to support the onboarding, configuration, and continuous improvement of our healthcare clients’ experience on the iWGC platform.

🖥️ Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding and setup of clients on the iWGC platform (organisations, journeys, users, alerts, tags, etc.).
- Maintain and update client data, including review migration, redactions, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate client SMS communications and report related performance metrics.
- Create and manage client-facing materials (e.g., business cards, posters, QR codes), liaising with third-party providers when needed.
- Prepare and maintain training documentation to support client adoption.
- Report on client performance metrics and maintain the client feature & KPI matrix.
- Review and validate deliverables such as monthly reports before release.
- Process client and clinician orders, such as business cards.
- Conduct data audits to ensure quality across transcription and thematic tagging.
- Provide operational support in moderation, helpdesk, and form processing.
- Deliver non-platform reporting and insights as required.
- Support data sourcing and quality improvement initiatives for private clients.
- Collaborate on ongoing and ad-hoc projects, including Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
- Manage incoming requests and renewals from GP Surgery clients.
📌 Minimum requirements:
- Knowledge acquired in the performance of similar duties.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and perform tasks independently under defined processes.
- Fluent English is required.
- Willingness to adapt to new procedures and tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Dynamics, Admin, Zoom, Teams, and Excel. Advanced in the use of computers and software, including knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheets, web browsing and email.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills, be able to listen actively to doctors, explain and respond in a clear and concise manner.
