We are looking for a highly motivated person to actively follow up our doctors and provide them with exceptional support. This person will be in charge of efficiently resolving queries and problems that may arise, maintaining fluid communication with the medical team. In addition, he/she will be responsible for providing training and installation of tools and services to the doctors.
🖥️ Responsibilities:
- Create and update doctors’ digital profiles according to specific preferences, following the style, quality, and format criteria defined by the supervisor.
- Make onboarding calls to introduce the company, its services, and explain how to use the tools and technical functionalities.
- Set up and install the necessary tools.
- Configure the services offered to the doctor according to the contract and roadmap: DDI, GMB, WebDoc, tool pre-installation, calendar connections, etc.
- Execute and support tasks assigned by the supervisor related to tools, training, and service delivery to clients.
- Provide assistance in resolving any user inquiries.
- Collaborate in the creation of high-quality video content by interviewing doctors on topics relevant to patients.
- Report performance results to doctors and help them improve by using the available tools and services.
- Keep doctors informed about new products/services.
📌 Minimum requirements:
- Knowledge acquired in the performance of similar duties.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow specific instructions and perform tasks independently under defined processes.
- Native English speaker.
- Willingness to adapt to new procedures and tools.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills, be able to listen actively to doctors, explain and respond clearly and concisely.
